Outbound campaign
From asterCRM, open source asterisk call center
- Campaign Name:
a name for this campaign
- Campaign Note:
put some note for the campaign
Name and Note would display in dialer page
- Status:
Enable/Disable: in dialer page, this campaign would be listed or not
- Asterisk Server:
astercrm support dial from an other server, so select which server this dialer will dial on. asterisk server could be defined on perferences / set multi server
- Worktime package:
when this campaign will work, you can set the time on diallist / worktime package
- Waiting time:
the ringing time when make outbound calls
- Outcontext:
how to make outbound calls
- Incontext:
how to handle the calls when it\'s connected
- Inexten:
which exten it will be sent to when the call is connected if it\'s blank, the call will be sent to \'s\'
- Queue number:
put the queue numbr here if u need then the campiang can use outbound rule: \'limit by queue agent\'
- Send call to this queue directly:
when this is checked, once the call is connected it will be sent to the queue \'incotext\' and \'Inexten\' will not affect the system any more
- Group:
which group the campaign belongs to
- Max trytime:
how many times the number could be dialed
- Recyle Time:
if you put a number here, the dialed number could be recyled to diallist if it\'s been dialed more than this time(seconds)
- Min Duration:
if the answered time is less than this value, the number would be recyled
