parameters:
- Limited by max channel
The dialer will keep the number of simultaneous calls in this campaign.
Say the limit is 5, dialer will stop dial when there\'s 5 calls in this campaign, until calls hangup it will start to dial again.
- Limited by agents and increase
The dialer will keep the number of simultaneous calls in this campaign, and this number is the number of avaiable agent in queue you set in campaign.
Note: If you don“t have enough astercc license, dialer might not get the correct simultaneous calls number it will lead to practical calls number exceed this limit.
